Interior Design Specialist

BMA Milano Srl is seeking a Mid-Level Interior Designer (2–4 years of professional experience) to join our team and work on hospitality and ultra-luxury projects across the USA, Maldives, India, and other regions, with exposure to projects for leading global hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, Taj, Radisson, and Westin. English is our primary language of communication.
We are looking for highly creative and motivated designers with strong design sensibility, excellent spatial thinking, and proven experience within a professional interior design studio environment.
2–4 years of professional experience in an interior design studio

• Strong design sensibility, creativity, spatial thinking, and the ability to develop original design ideas with attention to detail
• Proven professional experience in All design stages, with a clear understanding of design feasibility and technical coordination; Strong knowledge of luxury materials and finishes, with understanding of the high-end hospitality market
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD through professional experience
• Fluent communication skills in English
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in the design process is a strong plus
