Ai Research Scientist

We’re looking for an AI Research Scientist to join our AI Research Team in Milan. You will push the boundaries of artificial intelligence, driving fundamental advancements in generative modeling, reinforcement learning, and multimodal reasoning. Your work will directly shape the future of AI, leading groundbreaking research and translating insights into real-world impact.

PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

At least 5 years of proven experience as an AI research engineer or more than 2 years of experience and a PhD

Proven record of contributing to AI publications, highlighting a keen understanding of cutting-edge research.

Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).

Contributions to ethical AI, including bias mitigation techniques, fairness metrics, or AI alignment research.

Experience with distributed training infrastructure (e.g., Impact-Driven, your research isn’t just theoretical—you strive to shape the next generation of AI systems in real-world applications.

Fluent in English, you're eager to contribute in a multicultural, international setting.
