As a Technical Project Manager at Ascom in Florence, Italy, you will be responsible to manage all projects involving the development of new drivers to integrate Digistat software with medical devices (pulmonary ventilators, patient monitors, infusion pumps, hemodialysis machines, etc..).

Your technical expertise is crucial to digest and prepare the R&D department for development, your project management skills are fundamental to control and manage multiple projects in parallel, setting the right expectations and deadlines.

Communication skills (and a good English level) are a strong catalyzer during daily activities.

During the onboarding phase, and the months after, you will become a subject-matter expert in medical device integration.What you will doManage medical device integration projects involving Ascom Digistat R&DBe involved in the definition of the scope and the schedule of new integration projectsManage integration projects and communicate updates about project status to all stakeholdersSchedule and prioritize tasks on existing medical device integrationsPerform preliminary analysis for new integrations and new medical device protocol versionsAct as the interface between Ascom and medical device vendorsVerify that validation process (in the regions) is properly followed and completedYou haveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Science, Telecommunications or Biomedical engineeringProven experience (2 years minimum) in project managementProfessional English (spoken and written) and strong communication skillsA good technical knowledge about IT networkingWhat we offerBe part of a global leader in healthcare ICT.Join our team at Ascom and help us realize our vision of enhancing digital information for optimal decision-making in the healthcare industry.
