This role requires a self-starter with strong business modeling skills, keen attention to detail, and a proven track record of collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and stakeholders across Amazon and requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. They also need a proven track record for hiring, developing, and retaining the best talent.

Deliver complex, large-scale programs and projects from initiation through delivery by leading cross-functional, geographically diverse project teams.

Understand business requirements and ensure implementation from people, process, policy, and technology perspectives by working with technical teams to design, develop, test, and launch scalable solutions that address customer needs while meeting high controllership standards.

Ensure consistent and efficient execution of projects, adhering to Amazon’s governance and project methodology frameworks, to deliver optimal, high-quality, scalable solutions. Provide effective communication of project progression to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles by collaborating closely with business partners, key PMO Excellence stakeholders, and team members. Ensure Plan B’s are always in place.

Continuously strengthen Finance Operations effectiveness with a relentless focus on identifying and delivering continuous improvement opportunities.

3+ years of program or project management experience.

• 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.

• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
• Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
