R&D MANAGER - Pharma
Resourcing Life Science
Lead multidisciplinary development initiatives across one or more device platforms, ensuring alignment between design intent, clinical requirements, manufacturing readiness, and business objectives.
Drive innovation in product architecture, materials, and processes, including contribution to invention disclosures and intellectual property activities.
Define and govern development roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans for new introductions and lifecycle extensions.
Direct the transition of products from development into full production, including evaluation and onboarding of manufacturing sites.
Guide the creation and optimization of manufacturing processes by analyzing critical inputs, outputs, and risk drivers.
Min 8 years as R&D in a plant in Pharma or Medical Device
Fluent English
