Reply partners with key industrial groups in defining and developing business models made possible by the new technological and communication paradigms such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Cloud Computing, Digital Communication, the Internet of Things and Mobile and Social Networking.As an AI Architect / Team Leader in the Generative AI domain, your primary responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced AI-driven solutions that address real business challenges.

This includes identifying and scoping AI use cases, proposing technically sound GenAI and agent-based architectures, and overseeing the full lifecycle of AI solution deliver from presales engagement to production deployment.

Your role will also include mentoring junior team members, promoting best practices in AI development, and acting as a trusted advisor for clients throughout their AI adoption journey.This role requires strong expertise across a broad spectrum of modern technologies, with a particular focus on AI and cloud-native ecosystems.

Key technologies include Generative AI frameworks (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain), large language models (LLMs), and agent-based systems.

You are expected to work within modern architectural paradigms, such as microservices, headless architectures, and serverless computing.

Proficiency in cloud platforms—AWS is strongly preferred—is essential, along with experience in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.You will mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and innovation while driving AI adoption in real-world applications.A solid academic foundation in fields such as Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

A Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Additional certifications in cloud computing (e.AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or AI/ML (e.A strong academic record combined with demonstrated hands-on experience in building AI solutions is key to excelling in this role.Proven experience in designing AI solutions for enterprise environments, managing multidisciplinary teams, and delivering AI projects with measurable business impact is highly valued.

Expertise in GenAI use case discovery, AI-driven business process transformation, and stakeholder management will distinguish top performers.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, as well as the ability to operate across both business and technical domains, is crucial for success.
