As a Customer Support Specialist, your mission is to solve problems, build trust, and make every interaction count. of the brand delivering support that feels personal, helpful, and human.

Assist Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot problems using tools, training, and documentation

Represent the brand with clarity and enthusiasm

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Solid English skills (B2 or higher)

Availability to work rotating shifts (morning/evening/weekends)

Previous customer support, hospitality, or client-facing experience

Active listening and emotional intelligence
