In the Manufacturing department, we are learning and growing together. As a Maintenance Manager you will report directly to the Plant Manager in the Manufacturing department based in Arenzano or Genova for a permanent contract.
The Maintenance Manager will operate in an advanced industrial environment, where product quality and process efficiency play a key role. The position is critical to ensuring the availability, reliability, and safety of production equipment.
Ensure the continuity and effectiveness of maintenance activities on production equipment.
Contribute to the planning and management of the maintenance budget.
Organize and oversee preventive and predictive maintenance, emergency interventions across shifts, and manage the maintenance workshop and technical warehouse.
Lead technical analyses with the team, with a strong focus on equipment failures, downtime, finished-product scrap, and all events impacting quality, output, and safety.
Ensure the training of employees, guaranteeing compliance with company and national regulations, especially in the areas of safety and maintenance.
Lead the team with a proactive and results-oriented approach, supporting the introduction of new technologies (e.g., AI-based maintenance) in collaboration with the Maintenance HQ function.
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related scientific disciplines.
At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment (latest role), preferably in continuous-process operations, with at least 2–3 years in a comparable position.
Strong technical/ methodological competencies (Lean Manufacturing, TPM) to manage complex production technologies.
Knowledge of maintenance methodologies, systems, and procedures.
English language skills (B1) would be benefical
