ICT Project Management Officer

As a ServiceNow Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the portfolio of ADC EMEA SMP clients and projects.
Assessing the requirements for managing a project and adapting industry-standard methods to fit the specific context
Managing the work of ServiceNow technical experts who are providing consulting services and implementing new product features
Regularly updating the project's status dashboard
5 yrs experience managing projects related to ITIL or process improvement

• Experience in managing projects related to the ServiceNow platform, including its various modules and the ability to evaluate the impact of customizing and configuring the platform to meet specific business requirements
• Relevant experience in project management, including coordinating cross-functional teams
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Project, Visio
• Skilled in solving problems creatively and adapting to changing requirements
• Proven track record of successfully leading large projects, including communicating updates to executive teams and coordinating across functional teams
