Senior Sales Manager

Lead and execute sales strategies aligned with LRP and budget targets.

Support Sales Director in achieving financial targets for the Italian division.

Manage and develop a small sales team, fostering performance and innovation.

Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Cost Analysis, Engineering, Operations and Program Management) to ensure timely and accurate quotations.

5–10 years’ international experience in a similar sales role, preferably in automotive.

• Proven track record in OEM account management (Stellantis experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills.
• Solid understanding of financial data analysis and commercial profitability.
• Fluent English (any other languages are an advantage). Italian at a communicative level.
• Flexible to travel;
