In this role, you will be the voice of the builder, with ownership for working alongside Amazon businesses to develop GenAI solutions that deliver their immediate business value and realize the future of customer experience. You will help your customers understand best practices and develop new best-practice patterns as you encounter new problem spaces. Ensure success in designing, building and migrating applications, software, and services with Amazon Nova FM's, AWS Bedrock, and other AWS GenAI capabilities.
Interact with customers directly to understand their business problems and help them implement durable GenAI systems.
Drive evaluation strategy, metric design, and evaluation data design for real-world use cases.
Author and contribute to AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, workshops, demos and proof of concepts.
Capture and share GenAI best-practice knowledge across internal Amazon builders and the AWS solutions architect community.
We help customers build GenerativeAI applications and apply the learning from these engagemetns to help make the Foundation Models better every day.
10+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications

Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent
Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
