PROJECT FINANCE CONTROLLER - AUTOMAZIONE

We are looking for a Project Financial Controller to be hired in Milan , being fully responsible for all commercial related matters, including but not limited to handling Accounting, Legal, Tax, NCM and ECC topics. CPM ensures the compliance of applicable regulations during the offer and project execution phase. CPM is supporting the Project Manager/ Bid Manager in all other areas where a takeover of responsibilities is decided and/or a useful contribution.
As a Project Financial Controller your mission will be to ensure a high level of standards for the completion of all projects commercial/financial related matters and perform general controlling operations in the assigned business divisions. Manage the project throughout the project Life Cycle
Ensure the accuracy of project books and records, including recording of such in the appropriate systems, e.g. SAP - ensures compliance with Siemens-FRG plus local Gaap requirements.
Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculation as well as overall project books and records, incl. recording of such in appropriate ERP systems.
Support the Project Manager with the analysis of the financial results according to defined targets and optimize the project gross profit, cash flow and assets and financing instruments.
Actively communicate with customer's commercial representatives and manage solving of commercial issues.
Together with the PM proactively setting up a contract and claim management in the project, including involvement and cooperation with the assigned contract manager.
Support the PM in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities – taking over the full responsibility in this regard with respect to all commercial risks and opportunities.
Manages and supports Management in identifying, evaluating, assessing risks & opportunities, strategies and response activities.
Support completion of financial analysis, planning and controlling activities, and all related business administration activities.
Support consolidation of all accounting, financial reporting, and other finance related operations.
Minimum experience in financial project functions
Have a Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
You have knowledge of SAP system
Have a proficient knowledge in English and Italian
Strong analytical and planning skills, risk management and ability to proactively propose improvement actions
