As a Tech recruiter, you'll be instrumental in scaling our tech team and directly influencing our company's rapid growth. By driving and executing strategic recruitment initiatives and partnering closely with our CTO and CPO, you will play a key role in attracting critical talent and significantly shaping the composition and culture of our organization.

Own the full technical hiring lifecycle , managing searches across engineering, product, security, data, and infrastructure from role definition through offer closure.

Work in close partnership with the CTO, CPO, and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, clarify role scope, and define success profiles for each position.

Design and execute proactive sourcing approaches for complex and hard-to-hire roles, leveraging LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Lead technical hiring across multiple geographies , adapting to local talent markets, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations.

Deliver a high-quality candidate experience , balancing speed, rigor, and thoughtful evaluation throughout the hiring process.

To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in recruitment best practices combined with initiative and excellent interpersonal skills. Proven Recruitment Experience: At least 3 years of experience recruiting technical profiles (e.g. Software Engineers, Product, Data, or IT roles), in fast-moving, high-growth environments.

Full-Cycle Recruitment Expertise: Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from defining requirements and sourcing through to offer negotiation and closing.

Deep understanding of technical recruiting strategies and market dynamics in competitive talent landscapes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
