Today, the Test Industry Group is an international group headquartered in Italy, specializing in the construction of industrial test systems. The Group’s core competence is the development and production of test benches for the hydraulics, automotive, aerospace, tire, wheel, and foundry sectors.

In the new German location (Aachen), which was added in 2022, projects are mainly realized in the field of fatigue test benches (automotive).

To strengthen our team in Aachen we are looking for you immediately as:

Processing of invoices, banks, payroll accounting, dunning, submission of advance VAT returns, Preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, reporting to Test Industry Srl.
Preparation of budgets & forecasts
Contact person for the tax advisor Test Industry Germany & auditors of Test Industry Srl.
Contact person for the tax office
Administration of bank accounts (execution of payments, creation of cash forecasts & cash-management, etc.)
Contact person for banks (annual / quarterly reporting, mgmt. of documentary business – LCs & guarantees, etc.)
Reporting to various external recipients (lntrastat, ZM, transparency register)
Contact person for the insurance broker (contract overview & management, reporting, claims management)

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance & Accounting, training as an industrial clerk (“Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann”), or Appraiser
At least 2 years of experience in a comparable company
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Sound knowledge of working with Agenda, Datev, or a comparable accounting software tool
Familiarity with common Office products
Independent working style and a high degree of personal responsibility
Commitment and proactive behavior
Fairly remunerated, permanent employment contract
Flexible working hours and the option of mobile working
