INGEGNERE GESTIONALE NEOLAUREATO/A - LUXURY SECTOR
Di cosa ti occuperai?
Sei un/una giovane Ingegnere Gestionale pronto/a a trasformare analisi e metodi in miglioramenti tangibili? Per questo ruolo entrerai in un team che valorizza formazione on the job, responsabilità concrete e crescita professionale. Avrai un impatto diretto sull efficienza produttiva e sulla qualità operativa, guidando progetti che riducono tempi e costi e aumentano la sostenibilità dei processi. In particolare, ti occuperai di:
- Raccogliere e analizzare dati, procedure e performance per identificare opportunità di miglioramento
- Proporre e seguire interventi per ottimizzare tempi, costi e sostenibilità della produzione interna
- Standardizzare e implementare best practice anche presso fornitori esterni
- Monitorare lo stato dei progetti e garantire la reportistica puntuale
- Verificare l applicazione dei principi di lean manufacturing e contribuire al loro sviluppo
- Definire, monitorare e rendicontare KPI per supportare decisioni operative
Hai queste competenze e caratteristiche?
- Neolaureato/a in Ingegneria Gestionale, Industriale o percorsi Ingegneristici affini
- Aver maturato una minima esperienza anche breve (stage) in ambito gestionale/operations o produzione
- Ottima padronanza di Office, con focus su Excel
- Proattività, curiosità e attitudine al problem solving
- Necessario essere automunito/a
- Residenza/domicilio in zona o zone limitrofe
Offerta Contrattuale:
- Contratto: Iniziale contratto in somministrazione a tempo determinato di 6 mesi, con possibilità di proroga
- Ccnl: pelle, cuoio e succedanei
- Livello di inquadramento: IV Livello
- Retribuzione prevista: compresa tra 26.000 e 28.000 lordi annui, definita in base all'inquadramento contrattuale, alle mansioni previste e alle caratteristiche della posizione
- Benefit previsti: Buoni pasto da 8 al giorno
Orario di lavoro: Full time, dal lunedì al venerdì
Luogo di lavoro: INCISA VALDARNO (FI)
