ppThe Clinical Specialist delivers professional procedural education programs to surgeons, OR staff, and sales representatives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients. /ppAs an integral member of the Clinical and Medical Affairs (CMA) team, this position will support case coverage, peerto-peer training, conference in-booth simulator training and other training activities. /ppWorking with CMA Director the post holder will promote CMA goals and mission statement that will facilitate legal compliance with HCP interactions and education delivery. /ppThe Clinical Specialist will be part of a team that will include Clinical Specialists and Clinical Educators within EMEA to support the growing need for education. /ppThe Clinical Specialist will provide approved educational material and content that is in compliance with the Off Label and Promotion Activities Policies. As an Education Specialist, the training and educational needs of clinicians and institutions will be assessed, in partnership with the commercial team and CMA Director and a plan will be developed and implemented. /ppOverall performance will be driven through the effective delivery of the specified education programs to assure appropriate and safe utilization and adoption of the designated Teleflex products that focuses on superior education resulting in optimal patient care. /ppThis position requires high calibre training experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform at high levels independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /ph3PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3ulliAs an integral part of the CMA team, performance will be measured on delivery of assigned procedural education, its customer evaluations and feedback from the CMA Director in collaboration with the EMEA Interventional Urology Commercial Team. /liliCustomer Experience – Representing Teleflex in a customer facing position is a tremendous responsibility and opportunity. Strives to work effectively across boundaries in a complex matrix environment /li /ulh3Case Coverage /h3ulliDeliver approved educational programs. /liliSupport case coverage primarily in Italy but also other EMEA markets as required. /liliSupport Clinician case training, including New clinicians, Advanced Anatomy and Advanced Techniques /liliPartner with Commercial Team to cover regular cases. /liliDeliver a positive learning experience that builds champions through screening, vetting, and conducting peer to peer engagements and programs for clinicians and faculty. /liliRun peer-to-peer events in compliance with Teleflex EMEA HCP Policy. /liliProvide advanced training and technical education for clinicians to advance independence. /liliSupport vetting, training, and onboarding of faculty clinicians. /li /ulh3New Hire Training /h3ulliSupport the delivery of training programs, including online programs, simulators, and live presentations for the Sales team and faculty. /liliFacilitate hands-on clinical training at New Hire Orientation. /liliPartner with key stakeholders to develop webinar content and conduct webinars with faculty and team members. /liliPartner with cross-functional teams to provide customers a company touch point. /liliFacilitate clinical breakout sessions as needed at meetings. /liliPresent Professional Education and Clinical information. /liliWork with the CMA Director to manage training logistics, budgeting, and training costs for Professional Education events. /liliPerform other duties as assigned. /liliKeep current with medical literature, clinical initiatives/guideline and industry trends and communicate with the appropriate sales team and distributors. /liliContribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun! /li /ulh3EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: /h3ulliBachelor's degree preferably in a clinical or science-based field or equivalent. /liliRegistered Healthcare Professional. /liliAt least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience. /liliDemonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices and urology experience preferred. /liliProfessional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform at high levels independently. /liliStrong interpersonal skill and experience of training HCPs in the clinical setting. /liliGood verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. /liliAdvanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. /li /ulh3SPECIALIZED SKILLS OTHER REQUIREMENTS: /h3ulliValid driving license /liliThis role will be based in Italy but will also have travel within specified geographical area.
