Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Italian Speaking
Salesforce
Overview
As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's key enterprise customers. You'll lead technical delivery, mentor peers, and set engineering standards to scale agentic AI deployments. You partner with Deployment Strategists to translate customer needs into shippable AI solutions, while staying at the forefront of AI tools and frameworks. - Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails, enterprise-ready integration patterns
- Manage data lifecycle: model design, data pipelines, data readiness across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms
- Resolve blockers in data integration, model deployment, orchestration, and performance
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting across engagements
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs with sound judgment on what to implement now vs later
- Codify learnings into reusable playbooks and assets for the org
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and paired sessions
- Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering
- Collaborate with Deployment Strategist to translate complex business challenges into actionable agentic solutions
- Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure success
- Contribute to roadmap with field insights that influence product and engineering decisions
