In qualità di Tecnico After Sales, fornisci supporto tecnico post-vendita per clienti internazionali e coordini interventi di manutenzione. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team tecnico, offrendo consulenza sull'uso dei prodotti e assicurando risoluzioni tempestive. Responsabilità
- Gestire richieste di assistenza tecnica post-vendita
- Collaborare con il team tecnico per identificare e risolvere problematiche
- Fornire supporto tecnico e consulenza ai clienti sull'uso dei prodotti
- Monitorare e garantire la tempestiva risoluzione delle problematiche
- Redigere report sulle attività e sull'andamento delle richieste
- Coordinare interventi di manutenzione o riparazione con i tecnici sul campo
- Supportare il miglioramento continuo dei processi di assistenza tecnica
Requisiti fondamentali
- Formazione tecnica, preferibilmente in ambito ingegneristico o simile
- Ottime capacità di risoluzione dei problemi tecnici
- Buone competenze comunicative per relazionarsi con i clienti
- Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e alla collaborazione interna
