ECO3 is delivering best in class workflow solutions to be used in mainly prepress and CTP departments of commercial and packaging printers from all over the world. From manual operated workflows to highly automated IT environments our software products are proven to be a reliable production partner, day in day out. Within our European Sales team, we are looking for an Account Manager Commercial Printing based in Itlay;

Job description

This position provides day-to-day Sales delivery to ECO3 customers, dealers and the ECO3 organization. The Account Manager acts as single point of contact to customers for ECO3 products & services and is responsible for identifying opportunities, creating an account strategy, coordinating and controlling the sales process, managing customer and dealer expectations and negotiating contracts. Cultivating relationships (making, creating and establishing) is essential.

  • Create and execute a strategic account plan
  • Act as single point of contact to assigned customer and dealer base for ECO3 products & services
  • Accompany prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract
  • Qualification of accounts
  • Manage customer and dealer relationship
  • Manage customer and dealer expectations during proposal & negotiation phase
  • Negotiate with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts, dealers)
  • Explain and demonstrate the sold products/solutions and think strategically with the customer (requires in depth knowledge of product line and its applications)
  • Coordinate and control sales processes
  • Being Sales contact in hand-over from sales to Services
  • Assist the service manager during proposal & negotiation phase for SMA’s

Requirements and skills

You will have an affinity with the graphical industry, preferably with experience gained in a sales department.

  • Accountability for ongoing representation of sales, support and service delivery programs
  • Accountability for profitable offer calculation, submission and contract management
  • Accountability to provide a complete and meaningful hand-over to Services and R&D, according to ECO3 best practice procedures

You get satisfaction from helping customers keep their demanding business running in the most efficient way.

Your analytical skills will help you to recognize and interpret complex customer requests and make the correct judgment in providing the right solution.

Hands-on experience with Color Management Systems and printing standards is highly appreciated.

You will be part of an international team and good communication skills, both written and oral, are key in this role and you should possess a good level of English.
