This role involves managing a team of delivery personnel and resources to meet operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:\\*\\* \\* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery supervisors and delivery personnel, including performance reviews, training, and development. \\* Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce delivery times, and improve overall efficiency within the cluster. \\* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, delivery success rates, and cost per delivery, taking corrective actions as needed. \\* Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements (SLAs). \\* Collaborate with other departments, including warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics planning, to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery processes. \\* Manage and allocate resources effectively, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to meet fluctuating demand. \\* Analyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. \\* Handle customer escalations and resolve complex delivery issues promptly and professionally. \\* Prepare and present regular reports on cluster performance to senior management. \\* Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience. Job Qualifications:\\*\\* \\* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \\* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. \\* Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams in a fast-paced environment. \\* Strong understanding of delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics technology. \\* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. \\* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. \\* Proficiency in using logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). \\* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate. \\* Familiarity with local regulations and geographical nuances within the assigned cluster. \\* Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
