Alfa Laval is searching on San Bonifacio site, a GLOBAL & PRODUCT APPLICATION EXPERT

About The Job

We support our Sales companies and Global Key Accounts with an organization of Application and Product Specialists (APS). They support the sales representatives during technical feasibility stage on customer projects, provide heat transfer knowledge on prioritized applications, with ability to withstand conversations and discussion with the R&D of the largest multinational companies.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Responsible for troubleshooting for more complex issues at customer site as well as internally.
• Drive product and process validation projects.
• Provide input and support for trainings.
• Provide inputs for EPD, NPD and product concept development related to the complete product lifecycle.
• Provide input on legislation and design standards.

What You Know

We believe you have a technical background with a scientifical school and preferably an engineering degree. You have a couple of years experience on a technical support role (also training experience is well appreciated), within Heating or HVAC industry. You have a successful track record based on your supportive behavior in combination with excellent communications skills.

As we operate in an international environment, it’s key that you are fluent in both written and spoken English and understand how to work in a cross-functional organization.

We rely on market indicators to determine compensation and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to get it right. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary and will also be dependent on your location. The starting base salary for this role is 30.000€, CCNL METALWORKING.
