As our European energy business continues to grow, we are looking for a Fulfilment Representative to take ownership of customer fulfilment after contract signature, ensuring successful delivery, operational adoption, revenue realisation, and long-term customer outcomes. /p h3Role Purpose /h3 pThe Fulfilment Representative is the business owner of customer fulfilment after contract signature. The role is accountable for translating contractual commitments into successful delivery, operational adoption, revenue realisation, and measurable customer outcomes. Working closely with account, solution, engineering, service, logistics, finance, and partner teams, the Fulfilment Representative owns the customer journey from Purchase Order through delivery, go-live, operational stabilisation, and ongoing performance governance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h31.End-to-End Delivery Ownership /h3 ul liOwn the customer fulfilment lifecycle from Purchase Order through project completion, operational acceptance, and stabilisation. /li liDevelop and execute fulfilment plans aligned with contractual commitments and customer expectations. /li liManage project timeline, cost, quality, resources, and key delivery dependencies. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams including Sales, Solution, Engineering, Service, Logistics, Finance, and external partners. /li liDrive deployment readiness, go-live execution, and successful operational handover. /li /ul h32.Contract Execution and Revenue Realisation /h3 ul liEnsure contractual commitments, milestones, deliverables, and acceptance criteria are fully executed. /li liAlign delivery progress with invoicing and contractual payment milestones. /li liSupport or own accounts receivable follow-up, payment collection, and cash flow realisation according to local role scope. /li liIdentify commercial and financial risks that may affect revenue recognition or collection and drive corrective actions. /li liMaintain accurate records of delivery status, acceptance, invoicing, and outstanding obligations. /li /ul h33.Customer Success and Operational Performance /h3 ul liAct as the key operational interface between customers and internal delivery teams. /li liOwn post-go-live operational performance and customer fulfilment outcomes. /li liLead KPI, SLA, and service performance reviews with relevant stakeholders. /li liCoordinate customer onboarding, training, operational engagement, and adoption activities. /li liMonitor account health, customer satisfaction, and value realisation, and support long-term partnership development. /li /ul h34.Governance, Risk and Escalation /h3 ul liIdentify delivery, operational, contractual, and financial risks throughout the project lifecycle. /li liEstablish appropriate governance routines, status reviews, and escalation pathways. /li liProvide clear project and operational reporting to customers, management, and internal stakeholders. /li liDrive accountability across workstreams and ensure agreed actions are completed. /li liLead issue resolution and maintain transparency until risks and escalations are closed. /li /ul h35.Strategic and Cross-Functional Collaboration /h3 ul liWork closely with Account Representatives or Sales teams to support customer retention and growth. /li liPartner with Solution and Technical teams to ensure the intended solution is successfully realised in operation. /li liProvide structured field feedback to improve future solution design, deployment models, and customer processes. /li liContribute to continuous improvement of fulfilment governance, delivery standards, and operational excellence. /li /ul h36.Key Success Measures /h3 ul liOn-time, on-quality, and on-budget project delivery. /li liAccurate contract execution and operational acceptance. /li liRevenue realisation, timely invoicing, and cash collection performance. /li liCustomer satisfaction, liContinuous improvement in fulfilment and delivery processes. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 h3Professional Experience /h3 ul liExperience in project management, project delivery, fulfilment management, customer operations, account management, or a related role. /li liExperience in EV charging, energy, mobility, electrical infrastructure, or wider infrastructure sectors is preferred. /li liDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional customer delivery projects. /li liExperience with contract execution, delivery governance, operational performance, and customer-facing project management. /li liExperience with invoicing, payment milestones, receivables, or revenue-related processes is a strong advantage. /li /ul h3Project and Commercial Skills /h3 ul liStrong understanding of project planning, delivery processes, contractual obligations, and commercial operations. /li liAbility to manage scope, timelines, cost, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations. /li liStrong analytical and reporting capability, including KPI and SLA performance management. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. /li liExperience with project
