At Johnson Johnson, we respect the diversity and dignity of our employees and recognize their merit. /p h3Job Function: /h3 pFinance /p h3Job Sub Function: /h3 pFinance Business Partners /p h3Job Category: /h3 pProfessional /p h3All Job Posting Locations: /h3 pMilano, Italy /p h3Job Description: /h3 pGlobal Services Finance Legal Entity Accounting (GSF LEA) at Johnson and Johnson Limited is recruiting for an Account to Report (ATR) Finance Analyst, located in Bangalore, India /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liImplement and be responsible for B2G reconciliation processes ensuring accurate filings and reporting, while meeting all corporate and regional deadlines and applying detailed understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure /li liPerforming daily operations for eInvoicing and eArchiving processes for global markets /li liMove towards process stabilization and transitioning activities of the recon process to different locations. /li liCollaborate closely with cross-functional finance teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize processes ensuring compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and statutory regulations. /li liSupport Legal Entity Accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation, reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and statutory and federal regulations. /li liPrepare detailed reconciliation reports, analyze variances, and communicate findings to relevant interested parties. /li liCoordinating the data information flows between the Johnson Johnson local teams, Global services accounting teams and Local Authorities in relation to reporting obligations /li liAssist in the implementation and continuous improvement of reconciliation procedures, leveraging automation tools and best practices, while ensuring control and compliance are in place /li liAssist in audit preparations and respond to audit inquiries related to reconciliation /li liTaking part in projects to participate in establishing new processes for simplification, standardization, and automation within an international environment. /li liBuild and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable business insights and support data-driven decision-making. /li liBuild and optimize Alteryx workflows for data extraction, transformation, automation, and preparation from multiple data sources. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSolid Accounting finance knowledge. /li liBasic VAT knowledge /li liStrong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels. /li liAbility to frame clear and concise communication across all relevant stakeholders. /li liOpen to new ideas, rapid changes and adopting new technology. /li liStrong collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills is required. /li liExperienced in a Shared Services Centre or a multinational corporation or BPO. /li liAbility to handle ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating pragmatic approach. /li liSuccessfully handled multiple priorities, be very organized and work efficiently to tight deadlines. /li liDigital/Intelligent automation capabilities. /li liProficient in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office in particular Excel. /li liLead/Participate in other Regional/Global/Cross functional duties as assigned. /li liStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian. /li liSome knowledge of industry/JJ practices and standards /li liSome independence, able to plan own activities to accomplish objectives /li liDemonstrates an understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including awareness of responsible and ethical AI practices, and has experience generating effective prompts to boost efficiency and productivity. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills: /h3 pAccelerating, Budgeting, Budget Management, Business Behavior, Communication, Execution Focus, Expense Controls, Financial Analysis, Financial Disclosures, Financial Forecasting, Financial Modeling, Financial Recordkeeping, Financial Reports, Financial Risk Management (FRM), Leverages Information, Process Oriented, Relationship Building /p h3The anticipated base pay range for this position is: /h3 p€33,700.00 - €54,395.00 /p h3Benefits: /h3 pIn addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions.
