Team Leader II, Production

Overview

As a Team Leader, you will coordinate and supervise production activities under the guidance of the Production Supervisor. You will help develop departmental personnel, ensure safety and policy compliance, and drive achievement of goals. You will provide performance feedback and support short-term issue resolution, working with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth operations. This role focuses on team effectiveness, timely attendance, and effective communication of objectives to align with the plant's production goals. You will contribute to organizing and optimizing workflow to support manufacturing performance.

Responsabilità

• Achieve departmental goals by communicating objectives
• Communicate organizational directives and maximize team participation
• Ensure on-time attendance, active engagement, and safety conformity
• Ensure adherence to company policies
• Provide immediate performance feedback and address safety, attendance, and conduct issues
• Input to Production Supervisor on production reporting, performance, and process flow
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records in the data system
• Manage multiple responsibilities with a facilitative leadership approach
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor to meet departmental goals
• Receive objectives and set goals to meet them

Requisiti fondamentali

• Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or ETC Engineering
• 4 years of related experience
• Leadership capability and high-level knowledge of manufacturing/production operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Proficiency in SAP related to time/attendance and material transactions (preferred)
