We are looking for someone who can shape robust and scalable solutions while actively contributing to execution in demanding, innovation‑driven, and sometimes highly regulated contexts. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and deliver enterprise applications, data-enabled platforms, and AI-driven digital solutions for medium and large organizations /li liContribute to the architecture and development of modern web, mobile, and distributed applications /li liSupport the implementation of scalable solutions based on microservices, APIs, containers, and orchestration platforms /li liWork across the full solution lifecycle, from technical design and prototyping to deployment and continuous evolution /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams on frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, and infrastructure-related activities /li liHelp define and implement modern engineering practices across automation, release management, platform reliability, and operational efficiency /li liContribute to projects operating in complex, secure, or regulated environments /li liSupport innovation initiatives involving AI-enabled applications, advanced automation, data‑centric platforms, and next‑generation enterprise solutions /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA permanent contract (under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Retail Sector, with placement at level III or II). The remuneration package includes an annual gross salary of between €35,000 and €42,000, which will be commensurate with the candidate’s actual experience and skills. /li liThe opportunity to work on high‑impact transformation initiatives at the intersection of software engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture, and AI‑driven innovation /li liExposure to challenging and modern delivery contexts, with real architectural and implementation responsibility /li liA role within a business unit focused on business insights, AI‑driven transformation, and agentic solutions /li liProfessional growth in a company with a business‑first, technology‑agnostic mindset /li liA collaborative environment focused on innovation, execution quality, and long‑term value creation /li /ul h3Location /h3 pThis position is based in Rome with a hybrid smart working model. /p h3What We Are Looking For /h3 ul liAt least 7 years' experience in roles such as Solutions Architect, Full Stack Engineer, Software Engineer, or Technical Lead /li liStrong hands‑on background in modern application development across one or more of the following ecosystems: Node.js, Python, .NET, Java, React, Flutter /li liSolid understanding of cloud‑native architectures, distributed systems, and modern infrastructure practices /li liExperience with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Linux‑based environments, and API‑driven architectures /li liFamiliarity with data services and platform components such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, or similar technologies /li liAbility to move effectively between architecture design and hands‑on implementation /li liStrong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset /li liGood communication skills and the ability to operate in technically demanding environments /li liStrong English proficiency /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with AI / ML‑enabled solutions, intelligent automation, or digital products with advanced interaction models /li liExposure to Azure, AWS, GCP or multi‑cloud environments /li liFamiliarity with DevOps toolchains, infrastructure automation, and observability practices /li liExperience with mobile application delivery, real‑time systems, or platform modernization /li liBackground in public sector, mission‑critical, or high‑security projects /li /ul h3Altre informazioni /h3 pThe search is open to candidates of both sexes.
