Customer AI Lead: ML, GenAI & CX Strategy

PwC Italy è alla ricerca di un Customer AI Manager per guidare progetti AI orientati a Marketing, Sales e Customer Service. Sarai parte del team Customer e svilupperai soluzioni avanzate con Generative AI, LLM e ML, contribuendo a trasformare i dati in insight di business rilevanti.
Richiesta una laurea magistrale e almeno 5 anni di esperienza in progetti AI, con capacità di leadership e una forte orientazione ai risultati.
