This may include hiring and planning a single or a team of site supervisor, evaluating and analyzing their performance, planning and managing contracts with clients and delivering reporting to the clients. /p h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 ul li b1. Activity Coordination: /b ul liAssist in coordinating activities and resources for the delivery of site supervision services across multiple sites. /li liCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations. /li liMaintain regular interfaces with all parties to plan proactively and implement, if necessary, improvement measures. /li /ul /li li b2. Personnel Management Assistance: /b ul liSupport in managing personnel across multiple sites, including task allocation and supervision. /li liSupervise inspections, reports and the documentation issued by Site Supervisors and collect and file the required Records. /li /ul /li li b3. Quality Assurance Support: /b ul liAssist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes for site supervision activities. /li liEnsure by checking, verification, inspection or audit, as appropriate to the activity, that the specified level of system and product conformance is achieved. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives. /li /ul /li li b4. Cost Optimization Assistance: /b ul liContribute to strategies for cost optimization while maintaining service quality. /li liAssist in monitoring and controlling expenses related to site operations. /li /ul /li li b5. Invoicing Accuracy and Timeliness Support: /b ul liSupport in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing for site supervision services. /li liAssist in compliance with billing and invoicing procedures. /li /ul /li li b6. Resource Allocation Assistance: /b ul liAssist in the allocation and management of resources for site supervision activities. /li liProvide support and guidance to team members. /li /ul /li li b7. Performance Evaluation Support: /b ul liParticipate in performance evaluations of personnel and teams. /li liContribute to the implementation of improvement plans. /li /ul /li li b8. Scheduling and Milestone Assistance: /b ul liSupport in developing and managing schedules for site supervision activities. /li liAssist in adjusting schedules to ensure timely completion. /li /ul /li li b9. Contract Management Support: /b ul liAssist in managing contracts for site supervision services. /li liContribute to profitability and customer satisfaction initiatives. /li /ul /li li b10. Customer Satisfaction Focus: /b ul liSupport efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction levels. /li liAddress customer concerns and collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery. /li /ul /li li b11. Data Management Support: /b ul liAssist in ensuring accurate and timely data entry into legacy systems. /li liFollow agreed systems and procedures for data management. /li /ul /li li b12. Risk Awareness: /b ul liLearn to identify and report potential risks associated with site operations. /li liContribute to the development of risk mitigation strategies. /li /ul /li li b13. Regulatory Compliance Assistance: /b ul liPlan, establish and maintain a Project program to verify the compliance to the specified policies, objectives and requirements. The program shall cover both the project and contractors/suppliers organizations. /li liSupport efforts to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, with ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements, OHSES Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and RINA QMS . /li liStay informed about relevant regulatory requirements. /li liPerform tasks activities in compliance with the RINA QOHSES System /li liSupport and participate in the organization's environmental and safety program to conform to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and SA8000 requirements . /li /ul /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul li bExperience in Site Operations: /b ul liPrevious experience in a site operations role is essential, demonstrating a solid understanding of construction processes, project management, and site supervision. /li /ul /li li bContract Management: /b ul liExperience in managing contracts, including negotiation, administration, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. /li /ul /li li bBudget Management: /b ul liProven experience in budget management, cost control, and financial analysis within the construction or related industry. /li /ul /li li bProject Advancement: /b ul liExperience in advancing construction projects through effective planning, scheduling, and coordination of resources. /li /ul /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li /ul h3Compensation Data /h3 pbCompensation Benefits /b The salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance with bCCNL RINA /b(CNEL code I480). /p pThe gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€ 31,000.00 /band b€ 38,783.45 /band will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. /p pThe overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare. /p pRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
