You will be the technical reference point for our manufacturing operations: leading process design, setting the quality benchmark, and driving cost-effective, sustainable manufacturing solutions that reflect Technogym's excellence. /p h3Your Impact /h3 ul liSet and own the technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes /li liManage technical documentation and design internal training programmes that elevate the skills and culture of the manufacturing team. /li liScout and evaluate emerging technologies, driving timely updates to existing standards to keep Technogym at the cutting edge. /li liWork hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams (RD, Quality, Production) to turn design ambitions into manufacturable, compliant reality. /li liLead testing and validation of components, ensuring every part that leaves our facilities meets the highest performance and safety benchmarks. /li liChampion continuous improvement initiatives that push our processes and materials to new levels of quality and efficiency. /li /ul h3About You /h3 pIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You are results and customer-driven and strive to continuously improve. /p pbWhat you should bring: /b /p ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. /li liProven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies. /li liStrong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes. /li liFamiliarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools. /liliExcellent problem-solving and project management skills. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between €30,000 and €50,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
