ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p h3POSITION SUMMARY: /h3 pSe i requisiti e l'esperienza richiesti per questo lavoro corrispondono alle sue competenze, la preghiamo di candidarsi tempestivamente. /p pThe Clinical Specialist delivers professional procedural education programs to surgeons, OR staff, and sales representatives to achieve exceptional clinical outcomes for patients. /p pAs an integral member of the Clinical and Medical Affairs (CMA) team, this position will support case coverage, peerto-peer training, conference in-booth simulator training and other training activities. /p pWorking with CMA Director the post holder will promote CMA goals and mission statement that will facilitate legal compliance with HCP interactions and education delivery. /p pThe Clinical Specialist will be part of a team that will include Clinical Specialists and Clinical Educators within EMEA to support the growing need for education. /p pThe Clinical Specialist will provide approved educational material and content that is in compliance with the Off Label and Promotion Activities Policies. As an Education Specialist, the training and educational needs of clinicians and institutions will be assessed, in partnership with the commercial team and CMA Director and a plan will be developed and implemented. /p pOverall performance will be driven through the effective delivery of the specified education programs to assure appropriate and safe utilization and adoption of the designated Teleflex products that focuses on superior education resulting in optimal patient care. /p pThis position requires high calibre training experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform at high levels independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /p h3PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liAs an integral part of the CMA team, performance will be measured on delivery of assigned procedural education, its customer evaluations and feedback from the CMA Director in collaboration with the EMEA Interventional Urology Commercial Team. /li liCustomer Experience – Representing Teleflex in a customer facing position is a tremendous responsibility and opportunity. Strives to work effectively across boundaries in a complex matrix environment /li /ul h3Case Coverage /h3 ul liDeliver approved educational programs. /li liSupport case coverage primarily in Italy but also other EMEA markets as required. /li liSupport Clinician case training, including New clinicians, Advanced Anatomy and Advanced Techniques /li liPartner with Commercial Team to cover regular cases. /li /ul h3Peer-to-Peer /h3 ul liDeliver a positive learning experience that builds champions through screening, vetting, and conducting peer to peer engagements and programs for clinicians and faculty. /li liRun peer-to-peer events in compliance with Teleflex EMEA HCP Policy. /li liProvide advanced training and technical education for clinicians to advance independence. /li liSupport vetting, training, and onboarding of faculty clinicians. /li /ul h3New Hire Training /h3 ul liSupport the delivery of training programs, including online programs, simulators, and live presentations for the Sales team and faculty. /li liFacilitate hands-on clinical training at New Hire Orientation. /li liPartner with key stakeholders to develop webinar content and conduct webinars with faculty and team members. /li liPartner with cross-functional teams to provide customers a company touch point. /li liFacilitate clinical breakout sessions as needed at meetings. /li liPresent Professional Education and Clinical information. /li liWork with the CMA Director to manage training logistics, budgeting, and training costs for Professional Education events. /li liPerform other duties as assigned. /li liKeep current with medical literature, clinical initiatives/guideline and industry trends and communicate with the appropriate sales team and distributors. /li liContribute to our culture of being collaborative, respectful, transparent, ethical, efficient, high-achieving, and fun! /li /ul h3EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liBachelor's degree preferably in a clinical or science-based field or equivalent. /li liRegistered Healthcare Professional. /li liAt least 3 years of professional training or OR-based sales experience. /li liDemonstrated clinical mastery related to medical devices and urology experience preferred. /li liProfessional work ethic, strong organizational skills, and the ability to perform at high levels independently. /li liStrong interpersonal skill and experience of training HCPs in the clinical setting. /li liGood verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English. /li liAdvanced MS Office skills to develop effective reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. /li /ul h3SPECIALIZED SKILLS OTHER REQUIREMENTS: /h3 ul liValid driving license /li liThis role will be based in Italy but will also have travel within specified geographical area.
