Powertrain Aftermarket Product Marketing & Pricing Lead

ppThe Product Marketing Pricing Manager for Customer Service, bwithin the aftermarket team in the powertrain organization /b is responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans and pricing strategies to optimise product positioning and maximise revenue within the customer service domain. This role requires close collaboration with sales, operations, lifecycle, purchasing, finance and business development teams to ensure that offerings meet market demands and deliver exceptional value to customers. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing and pricing decisions. /li liLead Product Committee to define and execute go-to-market strategies for customer service products, ensuring effective launch and promotion bwithin the aftermarket team in the powertrain organization /b. /li liDevelop pricing models and strategies to drive profitability while maintaining competitiveness and customer satisfaction. /li liWork with cross-functional teams to plan and enroll monthly campaigns with business objectives. /li liMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, pricing policies and promotions, adapting plans as needed. /li liProvide training and support to sales teams regarding product positioning and pricing rationale baligned with aftermarket powertrain offerings /b. /li /ul h3Required Skills Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. /li liProven experience in product marketing and pricing, preferably in customer service or related sectors. /li liStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration. /li liStartup mentality: scrappy, creative, drive and passion to be best-in-class /li liCustomer and result-oriented mindset. /li liGood skills in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel, ...), excellent skill in Excel will be a plus /li liFluent English; other languages are a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
