Overview
In Bip, uniti nel Competence Centre xTech, cerchiamo un Generative AI Data Scientist per guidare progetti con dati non strutturati (testi, immagini, video, suoni). Farai crescere le soluzioni generative, includendo training di modelli, fine-tuning e utilizzo di LLM, per supportare decisioni strategiche dei clienti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con team multidisciplinari, alimentando la community con ricerca e sviluppo di nuove soluzioni. L'opportunità combina innovazione, impatto di business e crescita professionale in un contesto internazionale. Responsabilità
- Lavorare con dati non strutturati per comprendere, elaborare e generare contenuti
- Sviluppare e ottimizzare modelli di Generative AI, includendo training, fine-tuning e adattamenti su modelli commerciali
- Contribuire alla community interna con attività di ricerca, scouting e ideazione di nuove soluzioni
- Supportare il business development e proporre soluzioni innovative ai clienti
- Collaborare con team interfunzionali per tradurre fenomeni aziendali in soluzioni tecniche
- Applicare tecniche di processamento dati non strutturati e NLP/CV per problemi di business
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–6 anni di esperienza nel ruolo
- Laurea Specialistica in STEM
- Forti doti analitiche e approccio quantitativo
- Competenze in data exploration, analisi dati e modellazione
- Conoscenze statistiche, Data Mining, Machine Learning e Deep Learning
- Python avanzato e scripting
- Git e version control
- SQL e database relazionali; NoSQL (Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis); database vettoriali (ChromaDB, QDrant, Pinecone)
- Esperienza con API Cloud di AI (Google, Microsoft, AWS)
- NLP, Computer Vision, Transformers; Reti neurali (CNN, Transformer) e LLM; tecniche di training e fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA)
- Librerie (TensorFlow, PyTorch), repository (HuggingFace) e tecniche di prompting
- Italiano e Inglese fluenti
- Standing consulenziale
