pulliMultinational company - International engineering team /liliSolidWorks, FEM, CFD - Injection molding, metal casting, elastomers, plastics /li /ul h3Azienda /h3 pThe company operates within the industrial and manufacturing sector, manufacturing components with metal, plastic and elastomeric parts. /p h3Opportunità /h3 pThe RD Engineer will report to the RD Manager and will work as part of an international team, with the following responsibilities: /p ul liLead engineering activities to support re-design, updating and certification of industrial components manufactured locally and at multiple global manufacturing locations. /li liDrive product improvements pursuing a balance of performance, quality, cost, manufacturability, and reliability requirements. /li liPlan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects according to product release and engineering change processes approved within the organization. /li liLead design and validation, including specification development, prototype evaluation, laboratory testing, and production qualification. /li liLiaise with global engineering teams, manufacturing plants and suppliers to align technical development, industrialization and production. /li liIdentify technical risks, develop mitigation plans, communicate status, trade‑offs, and recommendations to stakeholders. /li liLead mechanical engineering workflows for product certification according to applicable standards. /li liEvaluate alternative materials, manufacturing processes, and design solutions to optimize components design. /li liInvestigate prototype performance leading testing campaigns. /li liWork directly with suppliers of materials and components to guarantee technical compliance along the whole development process. /li liPrepare clear technical summaries to support product validation. /li liOperate according to the requirements indicated by QHSE management system adopted by the organization. /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 pThe successful candidate will have the following characteristics: /p ul liEngineering degree (preferably Mechanical or Aerospace). /li li5+ years of experience in mechanical design, product development and validation in an industrial environment. /li liExperience with component and product validation, including prototype evaluation, laboratory testing, test-report analysis, and production qualification. /li liExperience with engineering changes involving materials and/or manufacturing processes, considering the balance between technical performance, production schedule, cost, quality, and compliance needs. /li liGood knowledge of mechanical design fundamentals including tolerance analysis, FMEA/risk assessment, materials selection, and formal change-control systems. /li liExperience with injection-molded engineering plastics is strongly preferred. /li liExperience with elastomers, brass cast or machined components, stainless steel, coatings, or joining/welding processes is a plus. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively in an international engineering team and to liaise with all departments involved in the manufacturing process. /li liAbility to liaise with suppliers of materials and components. /li liStrong analytical problem-solving skills. /li liExperience with SolidWorks/PDM, FEM, CFD will be a plus. /li liFluent knowledge of Italian and English. /li liAvailability to travel for business locally and internationally (10% of time). /li /ul h3Completa l'offerta /h3 ul liAnnual salary between €55000 and €65000. /li li50% smart working flexibility. /li liPerformance-based bonus. /li /ul pUnless you are applying for positions reserved for protected categories under Law 68/99 (in which case we only ask you to confirm that you belong to these categories, without any further information on your health or disability), your CV must not contain any information relating to your health status or to your belonging to a protected category, as this is not relevant to the assessment of your application. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
