Remote Outbound Sales Representative - Hospitality Platform (Freelancer)

We are currently hiring experienced outbound sales freelancers for an international hospitality platform competing with major accommodation booking providers. The role focuses on contacting hotels and accommodation partners to present and propose collaboration opportunities.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity with strong earning potential.
Project start date: First week of March
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + performance-based commissions
About the ProjectYou will represent a fast-growing hospitality booking platform and contact hotels, guesthouses, and accommodation providers to introduce partnership opportunities. Your goal is to explain the value proposition, negotiate terms, and onboard new properties to the platform.
This is a B2B outbound sales role.
Responsibilities- Proactively contact hotels and accommodation providers
- Present the platforms partnership model and benefits
- Handle objections and negotiate collaboration terms
- Close partnership agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports
- Meet and exceed performance targets
- 100% remote work from anywhere

- English level C2 (mandatory)
- Fluency in at least one Eastern European language (such as Romanian, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Serbian, Slovak, Slovenian, or similar)
- Proven experience in outbound sales or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Confident communication style and persuasive approach
- Ability to work independently and manage targets
- Freelance status with the ability to issue invoices
- Experience in hospitality, travel, SaaS, or marketplace platforms
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Results-driven and performance-oriented
- Highly organized and resilient
- You will never be asked to pay anything to access this opportunity
- A personal computer and stable internet connection are required
- Training is fully provided
- VAT registration is not mandatory; a tax identification number is sufficient
