Experteer Overview In this role you consolidate collection and core product plans into a single production demand for a dedicated manufacturing hub, optimizing capacity and workforce saturation. You serve as the key bridge between central planning and manufacturing execution to maintain feasible, efficient schedules. You’ll focus on capacity-driven scheduling, respond to demand changes, and drive continuous improvement in planning processes. This position offers impact in a fast-paced fashion/manufacturing environment with opportunities to shape production at the pole level. Retribuzione / Benefits Consolidate collection and permanent product plans into one integrated production demand for production poles Develop short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacity Prioritize sequencing to maximize manpower saturation and line efficiency Update schedules continuously in response to demand changes and constraints Act as planning counterpart for the assigned production pole Collaborate with pole production planners to validate feasibility and workload distribution Support poles in managing capacity constraints, peaks, and bottlenecks Ensure clear communication between planning and manufacturing teams Monitor progress versus plan and identify deviations or risks Propose and coordinate re-planning actions to secure continuity and targets Track KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization Contribute to improvement of planning and scheduling processes for pole-level execution Support development of standard planning rules and best practices for capacity-driven scheduling Responsabilità 3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling Strong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management in manufacturing environments Solid understanding of industrial processes, workforce planning, and operational constraints Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools Strong Excel skills Ability to translate complex planning inputs into executable schedules Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities Clear, structured, pragmatic communication Problem-solving and execution-oriented mindset Ability to operate in fast-paced, change-driven environments English knowledge (mandatory): B2; French knowledge is a plus Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent #J-18808-Ljbffr
