Aidc Energy Storage Project Development Director / Manager

pstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliDevelop Gotion's AIDC energy storage business and project pipeline. /liliIdentify opportunities with data centre developers, operators, investors, EPC contractors and engineering consultants. /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners. /liliLead projects from early-stage opportunity identification through to tender, negotiation and contract award. /liliWork with engineering teams to develop solutions involving BESS, UPS, HVDC, backup power and renewable energy. /liliTranslate customer requirements for capacity, redundancy, availability and backup duration into practical solutions. /liliLead or support proposals, RFQs, RFPs, pricing and commercial negotiations. /liliCoordinate internal sales, engineering, product, project delivery and after-sales teams. /liliMonitor market trends, competitors and relevant regulatory developments. /liliRepresent Gotion at customer meetings and industry events. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongQualifications and Experience /strong /pulliA relevant qualification in Engineering, Energy, Business or a related discipline. /liliProven experience in business development, project development or solution sales within data centres, energy storage, critical power, renewable energy or EPC projects. /liliStrong understanding of data centre power architecture, redundancy and high-availability requirements. /liliKnowledge of BESS, UPS, HVDC, microgrids and grid-connected or islanded power systems. /liliExperience managing complex projects from initial opportunity through to contract award. /liliStrong tender management, commercial negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills. /liliEstablished relationships within the local energy or infrastructure sector are highly regarded. /liliExperience with hyperscale or AI data centres is preferred. /liliExcellent communication skills and willingness to travel as required. /li /ulpbr / /p
