This is a growth-focused role in IBM Consulting that emphasizes impact, collaboration, and continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client challenges and transformation priorities for Life, Non-Life, Health, and Brokers in insuranceAnalyze core processes (underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, pricing, customer engagement) to identify optimization opportunitiesDesign and implement digital transformation programs enabled by AI, analytics, cloud, automation, and ecosystem integrationTranslate business requirements into functional/technical solutions with IBM solution architectsContribute to business case development, ROI analysis, and value realization trackingConduct assessments and current-state analyses to define target operating models for insurersSupport proposal development, client workshops, and executive presentationsFacilitate stakeholder alignment and cross-disciplinary communicationStay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, insurtech, and competitionContribute to IBM thought leadership through industry insights and assetsQualificationsExperience in insurance-related transformation projectsExperience as a consultant or business analyst in the insurance sector or in insurance-focused consultingStrong understanding of insurance business models, processes, regulatory landscape, and market trendsKnowledge of digital transformation topics: AI, cloud, data analytics, automation, platform modernizationAbility to gather requirements, map processes, perform gap analyses, and support solution designStrong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendationsExcellent communication skills for business and technical stakeholdersAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams across consulting, technology, and deliveryFluency in English;
