Production Employee (5-shifts)

Introduction

In a bright, modern production hall, sustainable flowerpots roll off the conveyor belt. The machines are running, your colleagues are focused, and you’re making sure every product is checked and packaged with care. No day is exactly the same, but your effort makes a difference every single time. At Elho, where sustainability and innovation go hand in hand, they're looking for a production operator who’s ready to get to work and who takes pride in quality.

Organization

Elho is an international frontrunner in producing sustainable plant pots and accessories made from 100% recycled plastic. Their products are manufactured using green energy from their own wind turbine. Every year, they transform over 15 million kilos of plastic waste into eco-friendly, high-quality products. With a B Corp certification and TÜV quality label, Elho proves that sustainability is at the heart of everything they do, and you can be part of it.

Function

As a production operator, you’ll work directly at the injection moulding machines. You’ll check the quality of the products, follow packaging instructions carefully and make sure everything is processed efficiently. You’ll work in a 5-shift system where collaboration, precision, and flexibility are key. Keeping your workstation clean and safe is just as important as thinking along about ways to improve the process.
