In this role you drive the Vamac growth agenda across Europe, the Middle East and Africa and North America as part of a global business development team. You engage OEMs, Tier 1 molders and customers to capture insights and shape market opportunities. You will assess trends, develop value propositions for existing and new grades, and collaborate cross-functionally to convert opportunities into commercialization. A key focus is expanding Vamac reach while managing the current base and replicating success across regions. Expect 30–60% travel within the EMEA region, contributing to Celanese’s strategic growth.Retribuzione / Benefits

  • Drive the Vamac growth plan in IMC and E&E markets in Europe and North America as part of a global team
  • Act as a Vamac ambassador to engage with OEMs, Tier 1s, molders and customers to collect insights on needs and trends
  • Monitor industry trends, perform market assessments, and formulate value propositions for current and new grades;
    identify investment needs for growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers across the value chain
  • Collaborate with sales, application development, R&D, and technical services to move opportunities to commercialization
  • Oversee Vamac within the current customer base;
    coordinate with the commercial team to grow the business
  • Identify extension opportunities beyond current application coverage and replicate successful approaches across regions, segments and customers
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM forecasting practices
  • Travel 30–60% (OEM/customer visits, fairs), primarily in the EMEA region
Responsabilità
  • 10+ years of experience in the rubber or elastomer industry
  • Educational background in engineering with experience in sales, marketing or business development in Industrial, Consumer, Electronics & Electrical segments
  • Strong understanding of material selection in the rubber value chain
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent selling skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Ability to maintain a regional and global perspective and understand external environment, markets, competition, applications, and product uses for sound business decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
  • Expertise in the rubber or elastomer industry and sales-orientated experience across value chain stakeholders
