Principal Electrical Test Engineer - Power Modules and Power Discretes

About the roleWe are looking for a Test Engineer to support the development of our wide bandgap power semiconductor products. In this role, you will define and deliver test and characterisation strategies, ensuring products meet performance, quality, and reliability targets from development through to production.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute final test and characterisation plansSupport prototype validation and transfer to manufacturingAnalyse test data and optimise limits and methodologiesPerform device characterisation (electrical, thermal, dynamic)Contribute to product development and failure analysisWork closely with R&D, Quality, and Operations teamsDrive continuous improvement in testing and data analysisQualificationsKnowledge of power semiconductors (Si, SiC, GaN)Experience with test systems and lab measurementsUnderstanding of device characterisation and data analysisBackground in power electronics (preferred)Strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsCollaborative and team‑orientedProactive, with a continuous improvement mindsetGood communication skillsDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering5+ years’ experience in testing or characterisationExperience with power devices or wide bandgap technologies is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting‑edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment.
