Role Description The Solutions Consultant II is a full-time, on-site role based in Chiavari. This role focuses on understanding client needs and designing tailored solutions that leverage Hudl’s products and services for sports teams and organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, configuring and demonstrating Hudl solutions, supporting implementations, and serving as a subject matter resource during the sales and onboarding processes. The Solutions Consultant II collaborates closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployments and measurable outcomes for customers. The role also involves gathering client feedback to inform product enhancements and documenting best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Ability to analyze client requirements, map workflows, and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
- Experience presenting product demonstrations and explaining complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skills in project coordination, including organizing implementation steps, managing timelines, and tracking deliverables.
- Comfort working with software platforms, configuring systems, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Background in sports, sports technology, or performance analysis is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an asset in a global environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site, adapt to a dynamic environment, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
