Industrial Controller

Driven by innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, the company is seeking an Industrial Controller who will act as a key business partner to Operations and Finance, supporting strategic and operational decision-making. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliMonitor and analyze industrial performance KPIs, production efficiency, and operational profitability. /liliPrepare monthly management reporting packages and variance analyses versus budget and forecast. /liliSupport month-end closing activities related to production costs, inventory, and manufacturing overheads. /liliAnalyze standard costs, actual costs, and production variances, identifying areas for improvement. /liliMonitor inventory valuation, stock movements, provisions, and slow-moving inventory. /liliPartner with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Engineering teams to support business decisions through data-driven analysis. /liliSupport the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting exercises. /liliTrack CAPEX projects and evaluate investment performance. /liliPerform profitability analyses by product line, customer, plant, or business unit. /liliDevelop reporting tools and dashboards to enhance operational visibility and decision-making. /liliParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and reducing costs. /liliEnsure compliance with internal control policies and Group reporting requirements. /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulliDegree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or equivalent. /lili3 to 7 years of experience in Industrial Controlling, Plant Controlling, Cost Accounting, or Manufacturing Finance. /liliStrong knowledge of industrial costing, inventory accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. /liliExperience within manufacturing or industrial environments. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Oracle or similar). /liliStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. /liliGood communication skills and ability to interact with both finance and operational stakeholders. /liliProfessional working proficiency in English. /li /ulpCity: Brescia /ppSalary Package: CCNL Metalmeccanico b2/b3, GAS 45.000€ - 55.000€. /ppCandidates, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006, 215/2003 and 216/2003, are invited to read the privacy notice available below the data request form on the application page (EU Regulation No. 2016/679). /ppThe job offer is open to candidates of all genders, in compliance with Legislative Decree 198/2006 and current regulations on equal opportunities.
