Together, we can shape the future. /p pbJob Description: /b /p pbPurpose: /bbr/Ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team. /p pbResponsibilities: /b /p ul liPlan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance /li liReduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities /li liCoordinate maintenance team and contractors /li liEnsure compliance with HSE standards and procedures /li liMonitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs) /li liManage maintenance budget and spare parts /li /ul pbRequirements: /b /p ul liTechnical diploma or degree /li li5+ years in industrial maintenance /li liTeam management experience /li liStrong mechanical and electrical knowledge /li /ul pbReporting line: /b Plant Manager / Operations Manager /p pbCompensation: /b /p pThe base salary range for this role is €39.132 - €53.807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience.
