For our client, a well-established manufacturing company, we are looking for a:
HR BUSINESS PARTNERReporting to the Director Human Resources, the HR Business Partner will be responsible for all aspects of HR – developing, implementing, and coordinating policies and procedures covering employment, labor relations, compensation, recruiting, benefits, employee services, development, and training.
Principle Job Responsabilities:
- Support managers at all levels on staffing decisions, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR-related activities
- Partner with Corporate HR on reporting, headcount planning, salary review, and performance management processes
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and hiring, coordinating with external partners (agencies, recruiters, headhunters)
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, development, and terminations
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures in line with Group guidelines
- Manage union relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Lead compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews and promotional increases, ensuring cost control
- Ensure effective workforce planning by maintaining a stable and qualified workforce aligned with business needs
- Drive performance management, training, and organizational development initiatives, including annual training plans and retention programs
- Monitor key HR metrics (turnover, training costs, exit interviews) and support audits, employer branding, and organizational changes
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a HR Generalist or HR Bsuness Partner role, ideally in an international environment
- Fluent in English
- Communication and collaboration skills, with a results-driven and business-oriented mindset.
- Availability for occasional business travel
