The ideal candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries, providing technical guidance, and ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and other departments. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liProvide efficient and effective technical support to customers. /li liDiagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to the product. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve complex technical problems. /li liGuide customers through proper configurations and best practices for an exceptional experience. /li liDocument and track customer issues, resolutions, and best practices to contribute to the knowledge base. /li liStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data backups and security. /li liSupport the development of documentation by validating procedures, building lab environments or drafting content. /li liConduct root cause analyses (RCA) for customer issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 ul liProven experience in technical support, preferably in data backup or storage solutions. /li liStrong knowledge of Veeam data backup products. /li liVeeam ecosystem experience e.g. VMware ESX(i)/vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V / Failover cluster, public clouds. /li liAdvanced user or administrative level experience with Ubuntu Linux and Windows Server. /li liStrong knowledge of server hardware. /li liExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills. /li liEffective communication and customer service skills. /li liFamiliarity with industry-standard certifications (e.g., Veeam) is a plus. /li liExperience conducting root cause analysis (RCA), including analyzing OS, infrastructure, and product logs. /li liProficiency in English and Italian is required. /li /ul h3Why Join Object First /h3 ul liAn exciting opportunity with a global, high-growth IT company. /li liPaid annual leave in accordance with local regulations. /li liRemote work options. /li liModern work equipment is provided. /li liOpportunities for professional development and growth. /li liA supportive and collaborative work environment. /li /ul pObject First is an equal opportunity employer.
