YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for designing reliable, innovative, and robust power components within GaN technology platforms , through extensive TCAD simulations and physical modeling activities.

A key part of your role will be to collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners , including academia, vendors, and other stakeholders , to accelerate innovation, strengthen technical capabilities, and support the development and qualification of advanced technology platforms.

Key Responsabilities

• Design reliable and robust power components for GaN technology platforms
• Perform TCAD simulations and support physical modeling activities
• Support technology platform qualification and ensure compliance with internal SOPs
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across multiple functions
• Build effective collaborations with external partners, including academia and vendors
• Contribute to the exchange of technical knowledge and best practices across internal and external networks
• Support project execution through strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving

Your Skills & Experiences

• Knowledge of problem solving and program management
• Advanced knowledge of TCAD tools is preferred
• Basic knowledge of process integration is preferred
• Basic inter-functional communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent command of Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Business proficiency in English

The expected salary range for this position is €38,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL).

In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks.
