Country Manager in day-to-day business operations. /liliCoordinate follow-up of strategic initiatives and action plans. /liliPrepare presentations, meeting materials and executive summaries for management discussions. /liliSupport communication and coordination with headquarters and internal departments. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and internal processes. /liliCoordinate customer orders from order confirmation through delivery. /liliMonitor order status, delivery schedules and customer commitments. /liliCoordinate with Operations, Logistics and Headquarters to ensure timely deliveries. /liliProactively communicate order updates to customers and distribution partners. /liliSupport demand planning and sales forecasting activities. /liliMaintain accurate sales and order information within CRM and internal systems. /liliAssist in resolving order-related and delivery issues. /li /ulh3Customer Support Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate customer enquiries from pre-sales through after-sales support. /liliEnsure prompt follow-up of customer requests and internal action items. /liliCoordinate commercial and technical information between customers and internal teams. /liliSupport quotation follow-up and commercial documentation. /liliMaintain excellent communication with distributors, installers and customers throughout the order lifecycle. /li /ulh3Customer Service Coordination /h3ulliCoordinate customer service activities together with the Technical Support team. /liliFacilitate effective collaboration across Sales, Technical Support, Operations, Logistics, Finance and Headquarters. /liliMonitor service requests and ensure timely follow-up. /liliCoordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders. /liliSupport continuous improvement of customer satisfaction. /li /ulh3Business Operations /h3ulliMaintain CRM data accuracy and commercial documentation. /liliPrepare operational and commercial reports, KPI dashboards and business performance analyses. /liliSupport business planning, forecasting and internal reporting. /liliCoordinate internal meetings and follow-up actions when required. /liliCollect market feedback and support continuous business improvement initiatives. /li /ulh3Events Commercial Support /h3ulliSupport the organization of customer events, technical academies, webinars, roadshows and trade fairs. /liliCoordinate logistics and operational preparation for commercial activities. /liliSupport customer meetings, exhibitions and partner events by coordinating logistics, documentation and follow-up activities. /liliSupport the execution of local marketing activities, customer events, product launch and commercial campaigns in cooperation with the team. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Your background and skills: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or a related field. /liliAt least 2 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, commercial support or customer support. /liliExperience in B2B environments is preferred. /liliExperience in the photovoltaic, renewable energy or electrical industry is preferred. /liliExperience in order management, customer support or sales operations within an international company is considered an advantage. /liliExperience working in an international and cross-functional environment is preferred. /liliExperience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is considered an advantage. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliStrong organizational and coordination abilities. /liliCustomer-oriented mindset. /liliExcellent follow-up and execution skills. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /liliProactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership. /liliAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively within international cross-functional teams. /liliBusiness fluent English (written and spoken). /liliThe position is primarily office-based in Bari to ensure close collaboration with the Country Manager and
