Overall, you demonstrate strong drive and a strong commitment to quality. /p h3The Impact You’ll Make /h3 ul liLeading, coaching, and stimulating the multidisciplinary team of product mechanical engineers and developers within product development projects. /li liDeveloping and realizing product architectures for coffee machines, including requirement definition and development. /li liReleasing products, components, and modules for mass production. /li liPlanning, executing, and steering the mechanical product development process through structured methods, while managing cross-functional aspects as a technical project leader. /li liIdentifying gaps and implementing improvements to elevate development approaches, supported by tools such as FMEA, risk assessments, etc. /li liSupervising a multidisciplinary team (consisting of function development engineers, product research specialists, supplier and manufacturing experts, and mechanical engineers) and acting as the technical counterpart for commercial managers and designers to realize the most attractive appliances, as well as serving as the information and coordination interface between the technical team and the project manager. /li /ul h3The Skills And Knowledge You’ll Bring /h3 ul liMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. /li li4+ years of experience in mechanical product development (nice to have: experience in consumer electronics). /li liExperience in managing (international) multidisciplinary projects (nice to have: preferably in the Business-to-Consumer sector). /li liFamiliarity with state-of-the-art development techniques and CAD (Unigraphics NX). /li liKnowledge of designing mechanical constructions in plastic, rubber, and sheet metal, and preferably familiarity with manufacturability aspects (mold/tooling design, molding processes, as well as design for assembly and testing), analysis (strength, stiffness), and drive mechanisms. /li liKnowledge of FMEA and development tools (tolerance analysis, Design for Manufacturing, etc.). /liliKnowledge of requirement creation and management. /li liFamiliarity with Design for Six Sigma (nice to have: experience as a Green Belt). /li liAbility to balance innovation with practical realization. /li liDetermination in decision-making and independence. /li liLeadership skills and the ability to coordinate and support a team of experts. /li liExperience with SAP is a strong asset. /li liEnglish level: Intermediate. /li liA team player with strong coordination, communication, and coaching skills. /li /ul h3What We’ll Give You In Return /h3 ul liHybrid working model, effectively combining working from the office and home, depending on team dynamics and personal needs /li liHigh-growth environment, offering exciting learning and career development perspectives beyond your first role /li /ul pThe salary range for this position is EUR 48,000 - EUR 60,000 gross annual (RAL - fixed compensation), corresponding to Level B3 of the CCNL Metalmeccanico (Code: C011), and determined by Versuni's objective, gender-neutral career framework. /p pThis position also includes a variable compensation component linked to company performance and/or structured incentive schemes. /p pAt Versuni, we are committed to pay transparency and the principle of equal pay for equal work or work of equal value.
