ph3Overview /h3 pWe are looking for an engaged and detail-oriented bData Scientist /b to join the Data Platform AI Team at our HQ in Milan. /p h3Your Impact /h3 pThe Data Scientist will enhance the understanding and relationship with customers through analyses and models on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and CRM data, generating actionable insights for campaigns, loyalty, and omnichannel strategies. /p pIn particular, the resource will be responsible for: /p ul liDesign and execute descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analyses on CRM data: segmentation, churn, propensity-to-buy, CLV, and campaign optimization. /li liPrepare analytical datasets in BigQuery and Python notebooks for modeling and A/B testing. /li liBuild dashboards and reports for stakeholders (Power BI) with aligned KPI definitions. /li liCollaborate with Data Engineering/DI for integration of historical data on GCP and modernization of BI on Microsoft Fabric. /li liMonitor model performance (drift, retraining, explainability) and propose continuous improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbWho We Are Looking For /b /p ul liDegree in STEM disciplines (Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics). /li li3/5 years of experience in data science, preferably in CRM, e-commerce, or retail. /li liGCP: BigQuery, Cloud Storage, orchestration (Cloud Composer/Airflow or Dataflow); Vertex AI. /li liStack: Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn), Git; basic knowledge of MLOps. /li liData visualization: Power BI. /li liKnowledge of CRM metrics (RFM, CLV, conversion, retention) and experimental methods (A/B testing). /li /ul pbWe Would Appreciate a Person That Is: /b /p ul liAble to communicate insights clearly, with strong attention to quality and reproducibility. /li liCurious and proactive, with a strong problem-solving mindset. /li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liApplication of CCNL Tessile /li liCompensation package range: from 45.000 € to 50.000 € gross /li liCompetitive Corporate Welfare Services /li /ul p“Moncler Group is an equal opportunity employer, which means we do not discriminate on the basis of Ethnic origin, Skin color, Religion, Civil status, Age, Nationality, Ancestry, any form of disability or neurodivergence, medical condition, Gender, Gender Identity or Expression, Sexual Orientation.
