The plant's products are distributed in 30+ countries. The production site is a full expression of the industrial, social and environmental values of the Group: quality, the result of innovation and control in production, safety of the working environments, and minimal impact on the environment. Between 2005 e il 2020 in terms of enviromental management, outstanding results have been reached. The site is in fact bcarbon neutral since 2015 /b and since 2018 is also a bwaterloop factory /b that is a production site which consumes water solely as a raw material for products and not for other uses. /p h3We Are Looking For /h3 h3Flows Engineer /h3 pis responsible for ensuring the full availability of flow systems to serve the Production Units in the distribution of packaging and raw materials and in the collection of finished products, acting with a view to continuous improvement in both organizational and design dimensions. The role combines strategic vision, advanced management of logistical flows, and digital transformation to enable an increasingly smart, efficient, and safe Plant. /p h3Mission Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan, manage, and coordinate medium-to-long-term projects regarding flow optimization (e.g., logistic flows modifications, new automation solutions, etc…) /li liConduct critical analysis on service indicators in order to identify action plans useful for managing identified issues, through a digital data-driven approach /li liTransform the collection and analysis of department data into a competitive advantage through digital tools and AI-based solutions /li liDevelop dynamic monitoring dashboards and predictive KPIs (e.g., waiting time, AGV performance, and reception/shipping areas) to intercept drifts in real-time and define targeted action plans /li liDrive the digital evolution of logistical flows, integrating software and data analysis systems to optimize overall efficiency /li liPromote the culture of continuous improvement within the department, drafting standardized procedures and coordinating training activities for internal and cooperative personnel /li liAct as a reference point and facilitator among various department teams, promoting fluid communication, workplace safety, and active team engagement. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) is required /li liProficiency in software applications and data analyst programs /li liProficiency in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) is required. /li liExcellent Project Management skills /li liExcellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of English; French is a plus /li liData-Driven and Analytical Approach. /li liStructured Problem Solving. /li liOpenness to IT and AI Innovation. /li /ul h3Other Requirements Soft Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability of communicating at all levels /li liHigh level of adaptability, method, and organization in a dynamic environment /li liOverall Vision /li liData-Driven Decisions /li liAnalytical Mindset /li liPlanning and Prioritization /li liEmpowerment and Team Enhancement /li /ul h3Key Info to Bear in Mind /h3 pWe offer a direct contract with a competitive salary € gross base salary/year). /p pCorporate canteen for lunch break, employee discounts many corporate benefits. /p h3Workplace /h3 pSettimo Torinese (TO). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
