h3Permanent Advisor Milano @AliProfessional /h3pstrongAli Professional ricerca /strong per una azienda leader italiana nel settore della produzione e progettazione di macchine del caffè e distributori di snack e bevande operante su Varese, la figura di: /ppLa risorsa, inserita all’interno del Team Customer Service, avrà contatti e relazioni professionali con il dipartimento RD, al fine di fornire assistenza ai clienti per massimizzare la customer satisfaction. /ppstrongResponsabilità principali /strong /pulliCoordinare e gestire l'operato del team customer service /liliGestire e mediare eventuali conflitti interni /liliFornire assistenza ai clienti anche in via telefonica /liliFornire supporto tecnico per i prodotti /liliRisolvere e diagnosticare problemi, ricercare soluzioni, applicare metodi ed eseguire test per garantire che problemi specifici siano stati risolti /liliDiscutere i problemi con i clienti, eseguire test diagnostici su apparecchiature o sistemi informatici /liliEseguire la manutenzione preventiva /liliPrevenire i problemi visitando i siti dei clienti ed eseguendo aggiornamenti, test e diagnostica per evitare tempi di inattività derivanti da problemi del prodotto /liliGenerare rapporti circa i problemi che si sono verificati e le relative soluzioni /liliVendere e rinnovare contratti di servizio /liliDiscutere i contratti di servizio con i clienti /liliLaurea triennale o specialistica in Ingegneria Meccanica. /liliEsperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo di Senior Customer Service Engineer. /liliBuona conoscenza dell'Inglese (livello B2). /liliCapacità di pianificazione e organizzazione, orientamento agli obiettivi, problem solving e lavoro in team. /liliOrientamento al cliente /liliOttime doti comunicative e di mediazione /li /ulpstrongOfferta Contrattuale: /strong /pulliContratto di lavoro e pacchetto retributivo competitivo, in linea con l’esperienza e le competenze del candidato. /liliFormazione continua e opportunità di sviluppo delle competenze. /li /ulpSede di lavoro: Caronno Pertusella (VA) /ppGornate-Olona, Lombardy, Italy 1 week ago /ppBusto Arsizio, Lombardy, Italy 8 hours ago /ppBusto Arsizio, Lombardy, Italy 6 days ago /ppLonate Pozzolo, Lombardy, Italy 1 week ago /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
